Nortown Projects

In 2024, Nortown Paving had the unique opportunity to work on an exciting and visually impressive project at a private residence in King City. The scope of work involved paving approximately 900 linear meters of road, which was no ordinary driveway. This particular road is flanked by vintage gas signs, evoking a nostalgic and timeless aesthetic that adds character and charm to the property.

In 2023, Nortown Paving was entrusted with a comprehensive revitalization project at Bendale Junior Public School in Scarborough. The primary scope of work involved the excavation and full replacement of the school’s parking lot. This included the careful removal of the old pavement, which was then replaced with high-quality materials to ensure durability and long-lasting performance under heavy foot and vehicle traffic. The new parking lot was designed for better traffic flow, providing clear pathways and parking spaces to accommodate both staff and visitors, enhancing the safety and efficiency of daily operations at the school.

The Casa Loma West Parking Lot Improvements project was a comprehensive infrastructure enhancement initiative aimed at modernizing and upgrading the parking facilities to improve safety, functionality, and overall visitor experience. Undertaken in 2022, this project involved multiple critical upgrades to the parking lot, including lighting, concrete structures, drainage systems, and pavement restoration.
